Shipping and Delivery

For Gift Basket Orders:

Gift baskets ship out from Missouri. In general, gift basket orders placed before 2 PM EST ship out within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2 PM EST ship out within 24-48 hours. There is no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

If shipped by FREE ground service, gift baskets will be shipped within 24-48 hours after ordering and will be delivered in 3-6 business days. Most gift baskets will be delivered within 2-4 business days, not including the day it is shipped. Delivery to the Northwestern states (Washington, Oregon) usually requires 5-6 business days if free ground shipping is used.

If no special express delivery service is ordered your gift basket will ship via free ground service. There will be no discounts or refunds for gift baskets delivered late or for gifts ordered with an incorrect shipping method or address.

For All Gifts:

Most items other than the inscribed baby shoe keepsakes will ship out within 1-3 business days. However, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. We currently only deliver within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, an APO/FPO address, or overseas. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but the risk of lost packages is high.

***If your order is addressed to a P.O. box, an APO address, or has an incomplete or incorrect address, a $15.00 reroute fee will be charged.***

It is your responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information, including the recipients full first and last name, company name (if applicable), street number and street name, suite number, apartment number, or floor number, city, state and accurate zip code.

There will be no discounts or refunds for gifts delivered late or for gifts ordered with an incorrect shipping method or address.

Multiple Orders:

Multiple orders or orders for different addressees must be entered individually.

Express Shipping of Large Orders:

For express delivery of gift baskets weighing more than 70 lbs per order, express shipping and handling costs will be recalculated and you will be notified of the adjusted shipping costs. The order will not be placed until you have approved the adjusted express shipping costs. Ground delivery of large gift basket orders is free.

To Cancel or Change Your Order:

To change or cancel your order before it ships please notify us immediately at sales@brandysdelights.biz. If the order has not yet shipped it can be canceled. If the order has already shipped but not yet been delivered, you will be credited for the merchandise and only charged for the shipping.
